The mainstay of our team are hundreds of generous people and organizations who give money to enable When I Grow Up to distribute essential resources to the partners we stand alongside. Supporting these generous givers are support staff providing inspiring media productions, effective team leadership, global communications network and daily administration. A When I Grow Up Board provides fiscal and policy leadership and oversight.
